Join Spencer O’Brien, Canadian snowboarder and Arthritis Research Canada Spokesperson, for a Reddit AMA “Ask Me Anything” on September 4 at 11 AM PDT.  

Spencer was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis just three months before the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. At the time, she was 25 and a world champion in her sport. Spencer worried she would never snowboard again. Now, five years later, she is back on top of her game.   

For those who aren’t familiar with AMAs, they are online interviews hosted on Reddit, a social media platform with almost 330 million monthly, active users. One Reddit user hosts the AMA – in this case, Spencer O’Brien – and others – like you – participate by typing questions.
