Action on Arthritis: Steps Toward a Better You

 

On Saturday, October 1st, the Arthritis Patient Advisory Board (APAB) of Arthritis Research Canada will host Reaching Out with Arthritis Research (ROAR) 2016. This event is intended to educate participants about arthritis, to discuss concerns and issues and provide practical tips for better disease management. Participants will hear from world-class arthritis researchers, and be able to interact directly with both researchers and fellow patients.

How to Get Back Up When Arthritis Pain Kicks You Down

 

Pain can be relentless, affecting our ability to function physically, as well as our mental and emotional health.  There are many tools to help us understand and manage our pain so we can still participate in our daily activities, even at a modified level.
