Arthritis Research Canada Strengthens Leadership with Two New Board Members

March 18, 2025 (Vancouver) – Arthritis Research Canada/Arthrite-recherche Canada is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Joy and William Sapphire to its Board of Directors. These new appointments reflect the organization’s commitment to strategic growth and leadership excellence.

Kevin Joy is currently a Partner in the Strategy consulting practice at MNP, one of Canada’s largest professional services firms. In addition to being a professionally trained Executive Coach, Kevin has over 30 years of experience that includes creating organizational strategies, transforming culture, optimizing sales and market development, branding, and aligning leadership teams and boards. Kevin has a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA in International Marketing from McMaster University. His senior-level experience and business acumen will make him a valuable addition to the board.

William Sapphire is a portfolio manager at RBC Wealth Management and leads the Sapphire Wealth Management Group. He has a strong background in finance and has provided financial advisory, strategic planning, and investment management services to individuals, families, and private corporations for over 12 years. William holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. William’s expertise in investment and planning is an essential asset for further fortifying our organization’s financial resilience.
