Alison has been a member of the APAB team since 2013. Living with rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune gastroparesis, she is a physical therapist and works is a Knowledge Broker for the University of British Columbia’s Department of Physical Therapy, Physiotherapy Association of BC and Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute. Additionally, she is the Physiotherapy Research, Education and Practice Coordinator for Providence Health Care, a Research Associate of the Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Science and the Affiliate Knowledge Broker for Arthritis Research Canada. Alison is passionate about knowledge translation and patient engagement in healthcare research.
