My Info Library was designed especially for people who may be low-income, housing insecure, Indigenous, ethnic minorities, immigrants, refugees, or older adults. However, this resource can also be helpful for people from other communities.

You will find links to websites that can help you learn more about your condition, manage your pain, and find social support from others. There are also links to help you find financial and housing support. Feel free to explore the different categories to find the sites that can be most helpful to you. To find the links, simply click on a category, then click on a link that you would like to explore. If the website is not in your language, you can use the ‘Google Translate’ feature to translate the websites. For help installing Google Translate, click on the first category, ‘Translation Help’.
