Kevin Joy is currently a Partner in the Strategy consulting practice at MNP, one of Canada’s largest professional services firms. A trilingual executive leader with over 30 years in Strategic Marketing, Business Development, General Management and leadership advisory roles, he has extensive international experience, having worked in North, Central and South America, and in Europe. Kevin’s expertise includes the development of organizational strategies, transforming culture to better align with business direction, optimizing sales and marketing efforts for market development and entry, branding, and helping to align leadership teams and boards. He is also a professionally trained Executive Coach.
Kevin has a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA in International Marketing from McMaster University.
