Coleen has been an award-winning, television news anchor for more than 25 years.

You can see her Monday through Friday on Global News at Noon and on BC1 and the anchor desk of Global National from time to time.

Before joining Global BC in 2017, Coleen anchored for CTV Vancouver and for the CTV network.​

Coleen is passionate about the role journalism plays in maintaining democracy. She has spoken on that topic and on avoiding bias in the media – numerous times.

Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and raised in Victoria, BC, Coleen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History. ​ When she’s not working or spending time with family and friends – you’ll find her indulging her other passions – cooking and baking.

Fred Lee

Fred Lee, Vancouver’s ‘Man About Town,’ has a distinguished record of helping charities raise big bucks for worthy causes.

In addition to hosting fundraisers and raising millions as an auctioneer, Fred is a mentor to many and continues to give his time and expertise to various not-for-profit organizations, including the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, Chor Leoni and CampOUT.

Recognized for his impactful work, his contributions have been cited by organizations, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Charity Champion, Rotary International’s Paul Harris Fellow Award for Community Service and a University of British Columbia President’s Award for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. In 2024 and 2025, Fred was named to Vancouver Magazine’s Power 50 List.

Amanda Collinge

Classically trained in ballet and modern dance, Amanda is known for her precise technique, artistry, and fluidity of movement. She has trained with notable artists such as Karen Kain, Veronica Tennant, and Alonzo King Lines Ballet, winning several awards, grants, and scholarships nationally. Her repertoire has expanded to include lyrical, contemporary, Argentine tango, flamenco, Chinese classical dancing, commercial styles, jazz, hip hop, ballroom, Latin, and salsa dance while keeping true to her first love of ballet.

A professional dancer, dance teacher, choreographer and lover of all things movement-related, Amanda has worked in music videos, television commercials, and Bollywood movies and has also volunteered as a principal dancer and choreographer for Brilliant! Shine! and Red galas benefiting mental health and health research. Amanda teaches at Harbour Dance and University of British Columbia and is on the Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists (CADA) Board of Directors. Amanda feels fortunate to be able to share her passion for dance with diverse audiences and arts lovers.
