ROAR 2015 – Diagnosis Osteoarthritis: What’s next?

Dr. Jolanda Cibere is an Associate Professor, Division of Rheumatology at UBC and a Senior Research Scientist at ARC. She is a rheumatologist specializing in the research of osteoarthritis. She was the principal investigator for a research study on the early diagnosis of osteoarthritis which led to the clinical standardized knee exam for early detection. She is involved in ongoing research investigating the progression of knee and hip osteoarthritis after 3 and 6 years.
